It’s a carefully curated Leadership Circle of just 15 women from across the healthcare ecosystem who commit to growing together through meaningful relationships, practical leadership development, and confidential peer collaboration.
Each month, the same women gather in person in Princeton to learn, solve real leadership challenges, and build the kind of professional network that transforms careers.

Colleen Bevenour is a professional development and leadership expert passionate about helping leaders grow into their full potential. Drawing on more than 23 years of experience in strategy execution consulting and corporate leadership, she founded Integra Business Leadership Academy to redefine how leaders are developed.
Today, Colleen helps executives and emerging leaders strengthen the skills that matter most from communication and decision-making to team leadership and strategic thinking.
Through leadership circles, coaching, and the Integra Leadership System, she equips leaders to thrive personally, professionally, and organizationally.

Shabana Motlani is an experienced pharmaceutical leader specializing in digital transformation, operations, data analytics, and automation. In her leadership roles at Novo Nordisk, she has helped advance innovative, data-driven approaches across the healthcare and life sciences landscape.
