Through professionally facilitated discussion, the group helps each member process difficult situations, explore perspectives, and leave with practical next steps built from the collective experience of accomplished women across healthcare.

We are currently building the founding Princeton Leadership Circle.
Membership includes:

Membership is intentionally limited to 15 women.

Rather than traditional executive coaching, our approach combines consulting, advising, mentoring, leadership development, and coaching based on your specific situation and goals.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can members influence future topics?
Absolutely. We regularly gather feedback from members, and our advisory team helps ensure future sessions reflect the evolving leadership challenges facing the group.
Will someone from my company be placed in my Leadership Circle?
Whenever possible, we limit multiple participants from the same organization. During the application process, you’ll identify your employer so we can thoughtfully build each group. Every member also signs a confidentiality agreement to foster trust and open discussion.
Can I request to be in the same group as a colleague?
You may certainly request it in your Letter of Interest. While we can’t guarantee placement together, we’ll do our best to accommodate requests when possible.
What if I miss a session?
Membership covers twelve consecutive monthly sessions. Because your membership reserves your place within a small Leadership Circle, missed sessions cannot be refunded.
What if a scheduled meeting falls on a national holiday?
We’ll announce an alternate meeting date well in advance. Your Leadership Circle will still meet that month.
Can I attend a session before joining?
Because the value of the Leadership Circle depends on trust and continuity, we do not offer guest attendance. However, we’d be happy to meet with you personally, answer your questions, and help determine whether Women of Impact is the right fit for you.
