This is a fast, high-impact engagement ideal for leadership teams who need clarity now.

2. Execution Mapping Workshop
(Full Day | In-Person)

Purpose: Diagnosis + path forward

In addition to identifying execution constraints, we help leaders map practical next steps to address them. Leaders leave with:

  • Clear ownership and sequencing for fixes
  • A realistic plan for what needs to change—without trying to fix everything at once
