This is not traditional consulting.
We find that, today, most coaching is a waste of time because it focuses on making the manager or leader “feel good.” We do want you to feel positive about your work, however we find that feeling good alone doesn’t impact results. Our business coaches do more…they mentor, train, consult, and advise all while keeping you on track with your most important work.
Our coaching focuses on the key factors that you can manage to influence business results. While our style may be motivational our coaching goes far beyond motivation and emotion. Our coaching focuses on strategies and actions that will:

Duration
Our advisory services are typically 6-12 month engagement. We also engage for shorter periods in a more urgent situation.
