Matthew 5 Leadership

Put Your Faith into Action at Work

Live out your faith in the middle of your work, not separate from it.

M5L is a leadership community for professionals who want to remain connected to what they believe as they lead, make decisions, and show up in their work.

It’s one thing to understand what you believe. It’s another to apply it in the middle of conversations, decisions, expectations, and pressure.

Our Faith in Action Program is where you work this out.

It’s a 12-week experience for professionals who want to think more clearly, act more intentionally, and navigate real workplace situations through the lens of their faith.

The cost is $299 per person and includes materials.

What It’s Like Inside

A 12-week environment to work through real life, not just talk about it

The Faith in Action Program brings together small groups of 8–10 professionals who meet weekly, either in person or virtually depending on location. Each session is grounded in the Sermon on the Mount in Matthew 5, not as abstract teaching, but as a framework for how we think, respond, and act in the situations we’re actually facing.

It’s structured, but grounded in real life. Each session creates space for:

  • Real situations to be shared and worked through
  • Discussion around how the Sermon on the Mount applies in practice
  • Honest reflection, not surface-level answers
  • Learning from others who are navigating similar challenges

The goal is not to “get through content.” The goal is to develop clarity in how you actually live this out.

That includes thinking through difficult decisions, aligning your actions with your convictions in real time, and being surrounded by other professionals who take both their faith and their responsibility seriously.

Lead in a way that aligns with your faith, your calling, and your responsibility.

Over the course of 12 weeks, most participants begin to experience a shift.

Situations that once felt unclear start to feel more grounded. Decisions become less reactive and more intentional. Faith becomes something that actively shapes how you think and act, not something that sits alongside your work.

This is not about having perfect answers. It’s about becoming more aligned in how you navigate what’s in front of you.

Why Small Groups?

Groups are intentionally limited to 8–10 participants to create the kind of space where real conversations can happen.

This isn’t something you can fully engage in passively. The value comes from showing up consistently, being willing to think honestly and learning from how others are working through their own situations.

Take the next step toward living this out, not just thinking about it.

If you’ve felt the tension between what you believe and how that actually plays out in your work, you’re not alone. The Faith in Action Program exists to help you work through that in a way that is real, grounded, and sustainable.

Sign up to join a Faith in Action Group today and we’ll place you in the group that works best for where you are.
