Integra Model

Integra is…
Leadership Rendered Whole

Integra is a way to grow as a leader by integrating excellence in business skills, strength of character when making leadership choices and the values by which you want to live.

It is a discipline that will dramatically impact you, your team, your company and your legacy as a leader.

It is a challenge that allows for your humanity, but calls you to overcome your habits that inhibit your best leadership.

It is an appeal to humility to all who lead, to try each day to live up to your leadership calling and embody the leader you say you want to be.

It is an approach that is so needed at such a time as this.

Colleen Bevenour, Founder and Managing Partner

As an executive and consultant advisor to leaders at all levels, Colleen Bevenour understands the challenges leaders face every day. She is passionate about helping business leaders execute critical strategies, build highly effective teams, and do it all while living according to their values.

Two career stints in corporate America combined with 23 years of strategy execution consulting gave Colleen the opportunity to see leadership at its best and its worst. She saw wonderful leaders effectively build their organizations by building their people first (Her long-time mantra of mono zu kuri wa hito zu kuri). She saw leaders hold to their professed values and make strong leadership decisions. She also saw deceit, coalition building, manipulation, and leaders who were confused and broken inside.

Through all these experiences Colleen’s desire to see leaders rendered whole, effective, and thriving grew. And it’s based on all of this that Integra Leadership came into being. Colleen helps leaders through consulting, coaching, Integra leadership circles, and the Integra Leadership System.
