Colleen Bevenour is an executive advisor and consultant who helps leaders execute strategy, build effective teams, and lead in alignment with their values. With over 23 years in strategy execution consulting and experience in corporate leadership, she has seen leadership at its best—and its worst.

Those experiences shaped her deep commitment to developing leaders from the inside out. Colleen believes that strong organizations are built by building people first, a philosophy that led to the founding of Integra Business Leadership Academy. She works with leaders through consulting, coaching, leadership circles, and the Integra Leadership System to help them become whole, effective, and thriving.

Alyssa Snyder is a strategic operator and leadership partner with a strong background in management across both privately owned businesses and nonprofits. Though formally trained in marketing, her career has been rooted in operations—giving her a practical, firsthand understanding of the realities leaders face.

Her professional journey, including navigating major career shifts during the pandemic, has shaped her passion for helping leaders identify and remove barriers to growth. Alyssa is committed to developing people-centered leaders who are intentional, capable, and equipped to lead well. Outside of work, she enjoys writing, music, and serving in her local church.
